In the message folder, the Handset folder contains Inbox and Outbox options; PC folder has Inbox, Outbox and Draft, and lastly there is the trash can. Opening a message, viewing message history and forwarding or composing messages can be done through this option.

The Image option helps the user to select wallpaper for the handset from the computer via the image selection tools. Melody helps the user to select a MIDI audio file from the system, preview it and then set it up as the current ringtone.
The file manager present helps in the transfer of files from the PC to the phone. It also contains an install JAVA option that help installing phone applications via PC.All in all, there is nothing very wonderful in Micromax PC suite. Yet, it is a very versatile tool for managing the phones content and create backups.
